Refund policy
At NoWhey, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and applies to all purchases made on our website.
1. 14-Day Return Window (No Questions Asked)
You can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
Conditions:
- Product must be in its original sealed packaging, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. 30-Day Policy for Defective Products
If the product is defective, damaged, expired, or does not match the description, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost).
We may ask for photos of the issue before approving the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Any opened or partially used supplement containers (protein powder, creatine, etc.)
• Products with broken or tampered seals
• Used or expired products
• Personalized or custom-made items (if any)
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support within the allowed period at support@nowhey.eg or via WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number and reason for return (optional for 14-day returns).
- Ship the item back to our warehouse (return address will be provided after approval).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item).
- Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same or equivalent products (subject to availability) instead of refunds where possible.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Important Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Egyptian law.
- For any disputes, you may contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
